Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We currently service all Nicosia town. This includes properties that reside within the municipalities as show in Step 2 of our Booking Page

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our cleaners work to our checklist to ensure that the same standard of service is consistently provided. Included in the standard service are all of the standard house-keeping tasks including, but not limited to: the vacuuming and mopping of all floors; dusting of all surfaces; cleaning of bathroom(s); emptying of bin(s); and the changing of bed(s).

Do I have to be home when your maids come?

90% of our customers are not home, the experience is nicer for them when they return to a clean home. You can buy a Key Safe Box from  Home center where you can leave us your key from the night before or you can ask us to install this for you.

How much will it cost?

Our booking page provides a free no obligation quotation based upon the information you provide. This is the price that you will be charged and not a penny over. The only time this is not true is when we agree to do any extra work for you and if the booking time is exceeded by 20 minutes, then we reserve the right to charge 9 euro per hour per cleaner.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring along all of our own environmentally professional cleaning supplies, products, and equipment to every job. However, we understand that you may have specific requirements with regards to products used in your house and we will happily use products provided by yourselves. We do not sweep, we use Dyson Vacuums. We do not mop, we use Rubbermaid microfiber pads instead. All our clothes are used once and we collect them in laundry bags. All the clothes are washed with detergents in washing machines above 60 Celsius degrees and then they are put in machine dryers to make sure we kill all germs with high temperature.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You certainly can. These are best to be added a few days beforehand, and not with the cleaner on the day, you can login your account and add or remove extras on each cleaning by selecting them on Step 4 of the Booking Form.

How do I log into my account?

You can login your account here or at the bottom right hand corner of our Homepage. Also you can do so through any of email reminders that we sent you by pressing Sign-In, where you can also retrieve password and Create Account

How do I change my password?

How do I reset my password?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I change my address?

You do not need to change your address, you can type your new address at the proper area of the booking form. You can have multiple addresses that can be selected once you have entered them in a reservation/booking.

How do I pay?

At the moment we do not accept Credit Card Payments. You can pay by leaving cash or bank checks on your kitchen counter or money transfer and also Bank of Cyprus Quick Pay, payments must be made the same day of the service.

How do I book my first appointment?

All appointments are booked through our website where our customers have access to do so 24/7.  We do not take telephone reservations because we need our customers to go through our website and choose what they need at the budget of their choice. You can get a price, choose your service, and select date and time from available spots all from our Booking Page.

I bought a voucher and DIMIS MAIDS does not cover my area, what should I do?

Please call to see if we can accommodate you in days that we have availability near you, or otherwise we will refund your voucher.
